Addison Reserve Country Club: Luxury Golf and Resort-Style Living in Delray Beach

If you are thinking about retiring in South Florida, purchasing a second home or investing in Palm Beach County real estate, Addison Reserve Country Club offers an impressive combination of championship golf, luxury residences, wellness, recreation and an active social lifestyle.

Located in Delray Beach, Addison Reserve is a private, resident-owned country club community with 717 single-family homes. Its location provides convenient access to downtown Delray Beach, Atlantic Avenue, Boca Raton, area beaches, shopping, dining, cultural attractions and both Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale airports.

Championship Golf in Delray Beach

Addison Reserve features 27 holes of championship golf across three distinctive nine-hole courses: Trepidation, Redemption and Salvation. The courses and practice facilities were recently reimagined by noted golf architect Rees Jones.

Golfers can enjoy multiple 18-hole combinations, tournaments, clinics, lessons and junior programs. Practice amenities include a driving range, putting green and chipping areas.

Addison Reserve offers Full Golf and Partial Golf memberships. Buyers should confirm the membership category associated with a specific home because golf access, dues and joining costs differ.

Fitness, Racquet Sports and Wellness

The 35,000-square-foot Lifestyle & Racquet Sports Complex gives residents numerous ways to stay active and connected. Amenities include:

  • Nine lighted tennis courts
  • Eight lighted pickleball courts
  • Four padel courts
  • Two bocce courts
  • A full-size lighted basketball court
  • Daily fitness classes, including yoga, Pilates, spin, Zumba and water aerobics
  • Personal training and nutrition services
  • Full-time physical therapy services

The spa offers massages, facials, nail care, waxing, salon services and specialized wellness experiences.

Resort-Style Aquatics and Family Recreation

The heated free-form swimming pool includes lap lanes, open-swim areas and a beach entry. Residents and their guests can also enjoy a children’s splash pool and a whirlpool alcove beneath a skylit gazebo.

Holiday celebrations, themed gatherings, community events and children’s activities make Addison Reserve appealing to year-round residents, seasonal residents and visiting family members.

Clubhouse and Dining

Addison Reserve’s approximately 70,000-square-foot Mediterranean-inspired clubhouse provides an elegant setting for dining, entertainment and socializing.

Members can select from casual and refined dining experiences featuring locally sourced, seasonal cuisine. The clubhouse also includes lounges, private dining areas, a wine room, card rooms, patio dining and golf-course views.

Choosing the Right South Florida Country Club Home

A country club purchase involves more than the price of the property. Buyers should evaluate:

  • The membership category attached to the home
  • Joining fees and annual dues
  • Current and future assessments
  • Golf access and possible waitlists
  • Village HOA expenses
  • The home’s location, condition and renovation level
  • The social, dining, fitness and recreational lifestyle

With country club rates changing throughout Delray Beach, Boca Raton and Palm Beach County, informed guidance can help you avoid surprises and select the community that genuinely fits the way you want to live.
