The Boca West Country Club joining fee is currently $150,000 and is scheduled to increase to $215,000 on October 1, 2026.

That represents a $65,000 increase.

Buyers who purchase and close before the effective date may qualify for the current $150,000 joining fee, subject to the club’s requirements and confirmation.

In addition to the membership fee, Boca West buyers should budget for a separate $10,000 Master Association capital contribution at closing. Family golf membership costs are approximately $30,843 annually, with certain cart, trail, HOA and related charges potentially additional.
